About GravityLab

GravityLab builds systems that empower staff, drive performance and embed change

We have worked with large and small organisations to achieve proven results. We used to consult with companies to design new business processes and then try and hold staff accountable to change, but it wasn’t enough. People can’t just be told what to do. Staff need to be empowered with insights and tools, processes need to be optimised and enforced and ideas need to be embedded as action.

We build intuitive Salesforce systems that build the connections between people, information and action.

Seniour Supreme Developurr

Dexter quickly moved up the ranks from originally starting as Assistant Lap Warmer. He moved onto doing basic mouse-keeping, but was adamant in becoming our CFO (Chief Feline Officer) as he loves to have the final say in all things. Unfortunately, his say was normally to just look at you and then walk off.

After a brief stint of deciding he was the CEO, Dexter has comfortably settled into his role meownaging the developuurs in the team. We later realised that despite all his time on the keyboard he can’t actually see anything on the screen. So without him knowing, we keep him on for his specialities in mouse control.
